KARACHI: Former Karachi mayor Mustafa Kamal on Saturday offered his support to Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) in the letter’s efforts for recovery of its missing workers.
In a press release issued on late Saturday night, he said the Pak Sarzameen Party was willing to join MQM if the letter resigned from assemblies in protest against disappearances of MQM workers.
“PSP will be one step ahead of MQM for recovery of MQM workers,” said the press release.
Congratulating Khawaja Izharul Hassan and his family for his release from police custody, Mustafa Kamal asked Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah, DG Rangers, IG police and Farooq Sattar to send back hundreds of political workers to their homes.
